Elizabeth Mialaret
Acting. Voice Work.
Originally from New Orleans, Elizabeth made the move to New York in the early 80s after completing her post graduate studies, several seasons as a magician’s assistant, and working on a couple of series with PBS-ETV in Jackson, MS. She is a multi-disciplined performer, having trained as an actor, dancer, singer, puppeteer, and voiceover artist.
Her puppetry skills were showcased in the New York City premier of Neil Gaiman’s NEVERWHERE, creating and manipulating the non-human denizens found in the fantastical world of “London Below.” As a voiceover artist she can be heard in radio and online ads, video narrations, animations, video games, and documentaries.
In addition to her extensive performance background, she has also costumed a show or two, has worked as a dialects coach, makeup artist, and was a teacher and director of children’s theatre.
